Overview
RestoreCtl provides automated restore testing and backup verification tools for engineering teams.
By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Early Access / Pilot Program
- Access is provided on an approval basis during early-stage rollout
- Features may change or be discontinued during pilot phase
- We may collect feedback to improve the product
Service Nature
RestoreCtl is an infrastructure tool that executes restore verification workflows inside customer-controlled environments.
It does not modify production data.
Limitations
- Service is provided “as is” during early access
- No guarantee of uninterrupted availability
- We are not liable for backup failures originating from third-party systems (e.g., S3, pg_dump, pgBackRest)
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining valid backups in your storage system
- Configuring access permissions (e.g., IAM roles for S3)
- Ensuring restore permissions are correctly set
Intellectual Property
RestoreCtl software, CLI, and documentation remain the property of the company.
You retain full ownership of your data and backups.
Termination
Access may be revoked at any time during pilot phase if misuse or instability is detected.
